Your face. Your information.
A clear explanation of what VEYRIM stores and how you stay in control.
Updated September 6, 2026
What is stored
When you save an assessment, we store your sign-in identifier, chosen name, goals, preferences, consent record and any photos you explicitly upload. Messages and action-plan progress are stored with that assessment.
How photos are used
Photos are stored in private object storage. Every retrieval checks the signed-in account or configured reviewer access. Images are not sent to facial-analysis or generative-AI providers, used to train models, or placed in public galleries.
Retention and deletion
Assessment data remains stored until you delete it. Use My studio → Privacy → Delete assessment to remove the application record, messages and stored photos. The interface reports success only after the delete operation completes. Infrastructure providers may retain backups according to their policies; immediate erasure of every backup is not promised.
Who operates the infrastructure
The website uses Sites hosting, Cloudflare storage/database services and ChatGPT sign-in. No advertising pixels or session-replay tools are installed. Payment processing is disabled. The operating business, support contact and purchase terms will be provided before paid bookings are accepted.
Your choices
Uploading photos is optional while preparing a draft. You can inspect and remove individual draft photos. The service does not require permission to reuse your images for marketing or research. Please only upload photos of yourself, and only if you are at least 18.
